We want you to enjoy using ProTime Recorder and gain the maximum benefit from its state-of-the-art features.  We have therefore designed it to be as user-friendly and intuitive as possible.

We recognise, however, that every user is different, and that occasionally you may encounter problems, or want to use the product for tasks, for which the process is not immediately obvious.

Therefore, we offer a comprehensive range of support tools, which you may use as your needs vary.  These include:
